Oliver came to us in 2004 from Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab, Utah. Due to a gunshot injury, Oliver required amputation of his right wingtip, making him non-releasable. He now resides in one of our open-air habitats alongside Sunset and Titan.

Oliver is naturally cautious when people enter his space, and earning his trust takes time and patience. However, he has made incredible progress over the past few years. Most notably, Oliver is currently being kennel trained — an achievement that once seemed nearly impossible!
